(Psalm 126:6 KJV)  He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.

From the Pastor's Desk

John 13:34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.

Hi and welcome to the Pastor's Desk!  I am Bro. Ron, the pastor of this wonderful flock. The above quote from Jesus is what we base our Eleventh Commandment Philosophy on.  You see, we actually believe that Jesus meant what He said, and that we in fact are to love each other as He loved us.  That means we are to care for each other, rely on each other, and meet any need that we can possibly meet!  Now as Jesus tried to teach the Rich Young Ruler, our responsibility goes far beyond just our church members and extends into the community as far as we can see.  It crosses all barriers of race, creed, religion, social status, or money.  Maybe you have tried other churches in the past and felt rebuffed because of the way you act or look.  I encourage you to give us a try at Holland.  There are no perfect churches and there are no perfect people.  We are all God's children struggling to make it through a life that sometimes seems difficult or unfair. The difference is that we have found an inner peace that allows us to persevere no matter what.  We would love to share that with you and your family.  If you have a ministry need that we can meet, whether you are a member or not, I encourage you to let us know what it is.  We relish the opportunity to minister to all those we can.  Check out our service times and ministry pages to find out more about us and be sure to check out the photo galleries to see Christians doing what Christians should be doing... Having Fun!!!

God bless you as you seek a church home, but if you're looking for a place where you can plug in and really make a difference...come see us!

God Bless,

Bro. Ron

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.
